- If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items, except all sale items, socks and innerwear items, with original tags are in their original packaging.
- All purchases in onitsukatiger.com.hk have a 14 days return policy from the date of receiving of ordered goods. Please make sure that:
- All tags are still attached.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition, without any stains or traces, and the conditions for re-sale of the product has not been affected.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging, including the plastic bag or the shoe box.
- Please ensure no tapes, labels or waybills are attached directly on the shoe boxes. Kindly put the shoe box into another carton or bag.
- Product accessories, manuals, tags, logos, labels must remain intact.
- Please keep the gift with purchase in a good condition and return with merchandise. If they cannot be returned, we cannot accept returns
- Only online orders purchased on onitsukatiger.com.hk can be returned via this process.
- Please note that an online return request form has to be raised in order to process your return.
- Please ensure you include the return form together with your return parcel.
- Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
- Click here to create your return request.
- Fill up the return form with the item(s) you wish to return, the return quantity and return reason.
- Once we received the return request, our customer service will contact you within 2 - 5 working days.
- Please return the item(s) based on our instructions together with the return waybill.
- Once we have received the item(s) and have verified it, we will process the refund within 2 - 5 working days. We will process the refund to the payment method used on the original purchase and the amount will include the cost of the product and any tax applied. However, refund times are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and your bank or credit card company may require an additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account. We therefore require you to allow us at least 14 working days in total to receive and process your returns.
* If we do not receive the return product within 14 days, the return order request will be cancelled automatically and it will not be able to process further.
IF YOU BOUGHT A PRODUCT OUTSIDE OF HONG KONG AND MACAU
We can only accept products for return if they were bought in Hong Kong and Macau. If you made your purchase in another country, you’ll need to return them to the country where you bought them.
We currently don’t accept exchange through onitsukatiger.com.hk. We only refund orders that meet our return criteria (explained above).

Please note that sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
ASICS HongKong Limited reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy. In case of dispute, the decision of ASICS HongKong Limited shall be final.
